The shipping is free for $150 or more amount! All orders will be sent via HongKong Post which cost about 15-20 days delivery.

Tracking number email will be sent to the email address you registered on our website, so please make sure your email address is correct. Please check Junk Box if you didn’t find tracking number in email box.Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

The goods will be delivered to your door, please make sure your address is completed and correct, besides, please make sure you can sign the goods by yourself as post office will ask signature for delivery, if you don’t want to sign for receive, please leave message when placing order.

Exchange or refund?

You can either get items exchanged for identical products or their purchasing price refunded. Exchanging items for different products or sizes, colours, lengths etc. is not possible. In this case, just return the wrong or damaged items that you do not wish to keep. For the items returned you will then get the purchase price refunded using the same payment method used for your payment (i.e. PayPal, Mastercard etc.).
